Background
In fast automation systems, sensors may create very short time signals, that could be missed by the computer managing the system.
In such case, the pulse calibrator extend the pulse time to a safe duration that the controller can catch at 100%
Pulse duration input: 5us minimum are converted to 70ms output pulses
