Ensemble, façonnons votre projet de cartes électroniques
Our FAQ section for quick answers about our electronic products, tips, and services.
Clear and effective solutions to enhance your experience.
You can contact us, and our qualified engineers will assess your needs. We will develop one or more technical solutions to meet your requirements, considering factors such as power requirements, cost, and size. Then, we present the identified options so you can choose one. Finally, we provide you with a detailed quote for the entire project and production.
We can present you with the different technologies, along with their impact on cost, complexity, reliability, and obsolescence. Our extensive experience will certainly guide you toward the best compromise based on your needs
We do our best to keep costs within the market range. For large-scale production, we typically work with long-standing partners in China for assembly and other labor-intensive operations. However, thanks to highly efficient production and control tools, we perform the final inspection and programming 100% in our workshop
We adjust the timelines based on the complexity and the technology to be implemented. We complete most projects, from order to prototypes, within 4 to 12 weeks.
The MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of electronic devices can be calculated. Most components have an unlimited lifespan, but some parts like capacitors, LEDs, and relays have a limited lifespan. By choosing the right type for the application, the lifespan can be very long, often exceeding 10 years. Typically, the lifespan is limited by damage to connectors, oxidation, and other electromechanical elements. Capacitors can also limit the lifespan, but we have some tricks to extend this beyond the usual limits.
The lifecycle of an electronic system corresponds to the period during which it can continue to be produced. Electronic components evolve rapidly, especially those intended for consumer use. However, we select industrial-grade components that are guaranteed to be available for at least 10 years after the project launch.
Over a 10-year period, some components may need to be replaced with equivalents without affecting the electrical specifications. Beyond 10 years, it becomes necessary to update the design with newer components or increase inventory to cover the remaining product lifecycle.
We have products that have been running continuously for 18 years. Our experience allows us to avoid common pitfalls and ensure the longevity of electronic systems.
Automated electronic PCB assembly is a key step in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This process uses automated machines to place and solder electronic components onto the boards. It enables the production of electronic devices in large quantities, quickly, with precision, and at lower costs.
Main steps of automated assembly :
Advantages of automated assembly :
This automated assembly process is essential to meet the demands of the modern electronics industry.
Older methods, such as through-hole technology (THT), offer several advantages :
At Dynamic Motion, the THT method is still in use. This expertise allows them to meet all your requests.
The tests we conduct in our workshops include :
Electromagnetic Emission Testing : We measure the levels of electromagnetic radiation emitted by devices to ensure they do not exceed the allowed limits. These tests are conducted in controlled conditions and according to strict standards to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, such as CE standards or military requirements.
Electromagnetic Susceptibility Testing : We simulate disrupted environments to assess the resistance of devices to external electromagnetic interference, ensuring proper functionality.
Conduction Testing : We verify that the devices do not cause disturbances on power or signal lines.
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Testing : We evaluate the products' ability to withstand electrostatic discharges without suffering damage or malfunction.
Electromagnetic compatibility refers to the ability of an electronic device to function correctly without disturbing other electronic equipment and without being affected by external interference.
In sectors such as automotive, industry, telecommunications, and aerospace, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is crucial to ensure product performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Box building involves designing and assembling enclosures based on the environment and the constraints of electronic systems. Whether for industrial applications, precision equipment, or devices in harsh environments, Dynamic Motion offers custom solutions, ensuring optimal protection and seamless integration of electronic components.
Furthermore, we work with a wide range of high-quality materials to provide robust, durable, and aesthetically pleasing enclosures. Each project is unique, and we ensure that we meet our customer specific needs, taking into account thermal, mechanical, aesthetic, and ergonomic aspects.
At Dynamic Motion, we put our expertise at the service of your projects. We offer comprehensive box-building solutions, from concept to realization. We design and manufacture custom enclosures, perfectly tailored to your specific needs and the requirements of your applications.
Moreover, we support you at every stage of the process. First, our team designs prototypes. Then, these prototypes are tested and adjusted to ensure they meet your technical specifications.
Additionally, we handle the assembly of electronic components inside the enclosure. We also integrate all necessary systems, such as connectivity, cooling, or protection.
At Dynamic Motion, quality is our priority. Every enclosure we design and manufacture undergoes rigorous testing to ensure its durability and performance. We verify material compliance, assembly accuracy, and the functionality of the integration.
Our quality control tests cover aspects such as sealing, protection against electromagnetic interference, as well as mechanical and thermal resistance.
Box building is not limited to simply manufacturing enclosures.
In fact, we offer a complete solution, from design to production, including assembly, wiring, and testing.
Thus, with our expertise, you benefit from ready-to-use products, perfectly tailored to your needs and immediately ready to be deployed in your facilities.
