Data processed when you visit the website
When you visit our website, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of the visit, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. This data is used solely to operate the website, to keep it secure and to analyse any incidents. Our hosting provider keeps it for about 30 days, after which it is deleted automatically. We do not use it to identify you.
Cookies
Our website uses a single technical cookie, which remembers your language choice (French or English) for one year. We do not use advertising cookies, audience measurement tools or trackers.
Fonts and content
The fonts, images and documents on our website are hosted on our own server: displaying them does not transmit any data to third parties.
Links to other websites
Our website contains links to third-party websites (Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram). They open in a new tab. No data is transmitted to these services until you click the link; after that, the privacy policy of the service concerned applies.
Contacting us and job applications
If you email or call us, we process the data you provide (name, company, contact details, content of your message, attached documents) solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation or perform a contract. Job applications sent by email are processed solely for recruitment purposes and deleted at the end of the process, unless you agree to a longer retention period.
We do not sell your data, and we only share it with third parties when this is necessary to handle your request or perform a contract, or when required by law.
Hosting
Our website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. We do not transfer your data abroad.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access, and we adapt them as technology evolves.

You may ask us at any time whether we process data about you and which data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing.
