Our story
Based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are a Swiss manufacturer of custom electronic solutions.
In the early 2000s, our founders were already working together on demanding technology projects in micromechanics, electronics and software. They shared a conviction: tomorrow’s industry would need precise, reliable and adaptable solutions. In 2004, they joined forces to found Dynamic Motion.
From our very first years, we developed custom solutions for demanding sectors such as industrial automation and robotics, with one priority: meeting each customer’s needs precisely.
More than 20 years later, our spirit remains the same: turning your ideas into real products, with rigour and commitment.

Bernard Vaucher
Founder, CEO, hardware and software developer
Passionate about electronics since childhood, Bernard Vaucher graduated as a microengineering engineer from EPFL, then founded Dynamic Motion a few years later, in 2004.
For him, a successful collaboration is built on trust and respect: towards customers, suppliers and the environment.
